Amelot, together with its technology partners, has designed and are constructing a second generation continuous flow processing technology with a focus on:

• Reduced total manufacturing space
• Low cost of operation
• Low capitalization
• Scalability
• Mobility

Each unit is designed to produce 2.5 MGPY of Biodiesel, 250,000 gallons of Crude Glycerin and can be coupled together to provide scalability. The system is capable of being located at the point of raw material availability, at the point of demand; such as a fuel distribution terminal or it can be mobile; move from site to site for short term or seasonal production.
